Form submissions route straight to the same crew phone, and we call back quickly during normal weather. After a major storm, callbacks follow the same order calls come in, and we will tell you honestly where you stand.
Before we roll a truck you will know three things: what we think the damage needs based on your description, roughly what it will cost, and when we will be there. If photos would sharpen the answer, text them to the same number after we talk. And if your situation genuinely does not need us, a tree service, a plumber, or nothing at all, we will say so on the phone for free.
