Terms of Service

Last updated: July 29, 2026

Use of This Website

This website is operated by OnSite Emergency Tarping ("we," "us") of Winter Haven, Florida. By using it you agree to these terms. The site's content is provided for general information about our services and does not constitute a binding offer, professional engineering advice, insurance advice, or legal advice.

Service Engagements

All work is quoted before it begins. A quote accepted by phone, in writing, or on site forms the agreement for that job, and these website terms do not override the specifics agreed for your project. Emergency protection work (tarping, temporary dry-in, shrink wrap) is temporary by nature; it is intended to reduce further damage until permanent repairs are made and is not a warranty of the underlying roof.

Estimates, Photos & Documentation

Photo documentation we capture during a job is provided to you for your records and insurance use. We may retain copies for our business records. We do not act as a public adjuster, we do not negotiate claims on your behalf, and any statements about typical insurance treatment of emergency protection costs are general information only; your policy controls.

Website Content

Content on this site, including text and images, belongs to us or is used with permission and may not be republished without consent. We work to keep information current and accurate but do not warrant the site is error-free or uninterrupted.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Florida law, our liability arising from use of this website is limited. Liability relating to performed work is governed by the specific service agreement for that job. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited.

Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, with venue in Polk County.
